I work in Solutions Engineering at Apple, following stints at Swrve and SpringAhead.
I help app teams and marketers figure out tricky use cases, supporting them through the full app marketing lifecycle: planning, integration, launch and ongoing improvement.
Along the way, I build integrations and deploy AI tools, and use AI in day-to-day development.
I love untangling complex problems—especially with good people and a whiteboard.

Solutions Engineering
Help app teams and marketers solve complex use cases on Apple’s internal marketing automation platform, from initial scoping and integration through launch and ongoing improvement. Work with Product, Engineering and Growth on API integrations, data flows and launches. Build tools and documentation so teams can do more themselves. Built and deployed an internal AI tool to look up notifications from screenshots, and co-developed a tool to check campaign quality.

Built and led the global post-sales solutions team across Europe and North America. Led 5–8 engineers and stayed hands-on with enterprise integrations. Cut implementation time from 90 days to under 30 through reusable templates, tests and clearer launch criteria.
